Britt Black is no stranger to the stage and has played every gig that has come her way, from ice cream parlors to local punk shows. When her band "Live On Release" called it quits, Britt Black was quickly scooped up as lead guitarist by Bif Naked.

Britt's tattooed skin, gritty vocals, in-your-face-guitar and aggressive attitude set her apart. Creating music spanning the post-pop punk genre Britt takes her unbridled female fury to new heights with 13 hook drenched, power packed tracks and a full-blown rock show.

Touted by fans and critics alike as the next Joan Jett, Britt Black has just created her first solo album "Blackout". The album will be released in America on July 25th 2006 through Bodog Music / Sony / Red.
