The original soundtrack to the newest installation in the Resident Evil trio, Resident Evil: Extinction features totally exclusive tracks from some of music's hottest rock, hardcore, metal and emo acts. Noteworthy bands like Shadows Fall and Flyleaf to Chimaira, Bayside, and Throwdown all lend their unique sounds and styles to the soundtrack, creating a fittingly heavy soundscape for the dark and deadly film.

Compiled by Rancid drummer Branden Steineckert, the soundtrack also includes the original Resident Evil score composed by ex-Nine Inch Nails alum and Grammy-nominated Charlie Clouser, also known for his remix wizardry for Marilyn Manson and White Zombie among others.

The third incredible soundtrack to stem from the popular series, Extinction's 16 tracks will blow away Resident Evil movie devotees and rock the multitudes of music fans who love this intense genre.
